45 Vexatious complaints may be dismissed
A commission may discontinue an inquiry into a complaint if the commission considers that the complaint has been made vexatiously, frivolously or without reasonable grounds.
If a commission discontinues an inquiry under subsection (1), sections 49 and 50 apply as if the commission had completed the inquiry.
