163 Fossil sites
The Minister, by order, may declare any area to be a fossil site.
A person must not collect any fossil from a fossil site – without the Director's written approval; or otherwise than in accordance with that approval. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
The Director may give an approval subject to any terms and conditions.
