174 Removal of persons
A police officer or inspector may remove from land held under a mineral tenement a person who, without the consent of the holder of the mineral tenement – is mining on that land; or is taking or removing any minerals from the land.
In exercising a power under subsection (1), a police officer or inspector may use any force that is reasonable to remove the person.
