164B Director may require seller of minerals from construction activities to provide information
The Director may issue to a person who sells minerals that have been obtained from construction activities, or works associated with construction activities, a notice requiring the person to provide to the Director, within the period specified in the notice, information, specified in the notice, in relation to the sale.
A person to whom a notice is issued under subsection (1) must comply with the notice.100 penalty units.
