Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005

A notice, order or warrant, or any document under this Act containing information or a request for information, that is required or permitted by this Act to be given by a person to another person may be transmitted electronically.

For serving a notice or enforcing an enforcement warrant that is transmitted electronically, the enforcement officer to whom it is transmitted must arrange for a copy of the notice or warrant to be converted into written form.
