111 Order of satisfaction of monetary penalties
If an enforcement debtor pays all or part of a monetary penalty, the amount must be applied as follows:
firstly, to any amount required to be paid as fees and or costs;
secondly, to the amount of any compensation order;
thirdly, to the amount of the monetary penalty.
