115 Information from Commissioner of Tasmania Police
The Commissioner of Police may, on the Director’s written request, disclose to the Director information in the possession of the Police Service about a specified person for the purposes of the Director taking action against the person to enforce payment of an amount under this Act.
The Commissioner may disclose the following information:the person’s criminal history; the person's address; any assets of the person known to the Commissioner.
Information given to the Director under this section must not be used otherwise than for the purposes of this Act.
