121A Evidentiary certificate
In any legal proceedings, a document purporting to be a certificate signed by the Director and relating to any one or more of the following matters is evidence of the facts stated in it:
that a person was served with an enforcement order;
that a specified communication has taken place with, or a specified document has been given to, a person, and the content of that communication or document.
