Primary Produce Safety Act 2011

The Chief Inspector is to issue a food safety auditor approved under this Part with an identity card – containing the person's name and a photograph of the person; and stating that the person is a food safety auditor under this Act; and stating any conditions or limitations in relation to primary production activities that the food safety auditor can audit.

A food safety auditor must, at the request of a person in relation to whom the food safety auditor intends to perform any functions or duties under this Act, produce for the inspection of the person his or her identity card. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
