Obstructing or impersonating food safety auditors

Current

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, resist, obstruct or attempt to obstruct a food safety auditor in the performance of the food safety auditor's functions or duties under this Act. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 2 500 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.

A person must not impersonate a food safety auditor. Fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
