19 Determination of licence application
The Board is to determine an application for a property agent licence by – granting the application and issuing the appropriate type of property agent licence to the applicant; or refusing the application.
The Board must give the applicant written notice of – the grant of an application; or the refusal to grant an application and the reasons for the refusal.
