24 Record of suspended licences
The Board is to keep a register containing details of all property agent licences – issued and in force under this Act; or held by a person by virtue of holding deemed registration who has notified the Board under section 24B(2) of their entitlement to hold deemed registration – that are suspended under this Act or under an Act of another State or a Territory.
The Board is to make the register of suspended licences available for public inspection during normal business hours.
