Financial capacity of licence holders

Current

If the Board is satisfied that the licence holder does not have the material or financial resources to comply with the requirements of this Act, or any other Act of another State or a Territory, the Board may cancel the licence.

The Board is to give the licence holder written notice of the cancellation of the licence under subsection (1) setting out the reasons why the licence is cancelled and the day on which the cancellation takes effect.
