If the Director grants an application for a smoking product licence, the Director is to –

issue the licence in an approved form; and endorse the licence with any conditions; and specify, on the licence, any conditions prescribed under this Division that apply in respect of the licence; and specify on the licence – the name and address of the holder of the licence; and the date of issue of the licence; and the addresses of the premises in respect of which the licence is issued; and the smoking product in respect of which the licence is granted.
