Public Health Act 1997

The Director is to keep a register of smoking product licences.

The register is to contain the following details:the names and addresses of holders of smoking product licences; the date of issue of those licences; the smoking product to which each licence relates; the addresses of the premises to which the licences relate.

The register, other than the addresses of holders of smoking product licences, is to be made freely available by publishing the register on a website maintained by, or on behalf of, the Department.
