Offences relating to smoking product licence

Current

The holder of a smoking product licence or a person acting on behalf of the holder must not sell a smoking product from any premises other than those specified in the licence. Fine not exceeding – for a first offence, 50 penalty units; and for a subsequent offence, 100 penalty units.
