44 Offences
Except with the written permission of the Authority, a person other than the Authority must not trade or carry on a business under, or use in connection with any trade, business or premises, a name containing any one or more of the expressions specified in Schedule 4. Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units.
Except with the written permission of the Authority, a person other than the Authority must not trade or carry on a business under, or use in connection with any trade, business or premises, a name that is likely to mislead or deceive the public into believing that the trade, business or premises is or are part of or connected with the Authority. Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units.
