Administration of Act

In force

Until provision is made in relation to this Act by order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 –

the administration of this Act is assigned to the Minister for Tourism; and the Department responsible to the Minister for Tourism in relation to the administration of this Act – before the commencement day, is the Department of Tourism; and on and after that day, is the Authority.
