52 Amendment of Act

The Governor, by order, may amend sections 6(2), 8(1)(c), (3) and (4), 27(3) and (9) and 28(1)(c) and this section – if the Tourism Council Tasmania Limited changes its name, by substituting the body's new name; and if the Tourism Council Tasmania Limited ceases to exist, by substituting the name of a body which the Governor is satisfied represents the interests of the Tasmanian tourism industry; and if the Governor is satisfied that the Tourism Council Tasmania Limited has ceased to represent the interests of the Tasmanian tourism industry generally, by substituting the name of a body that the Governor is satisfied does represent those interests.

The Governor, by order, may – repeal Schedule 4 and substitute another Schedule for the Schedule repealed; or amend Schedule 4.
