Presumptions

In force

In any proceedings by or against the Authority, unless evidence is given to the contrary, proof is not required of –

the constitution of the Board; or any resolution of the Board; or the appointment of any director; or the presence of a quorum at any meeting of the Board; or the appointment of the chief executive officer, a member of a committee or an employee.
