Plans to be lodged with requests to register

In force

Every request of the Board under subsection (4) of section nine shall be accompanied by a plan of the land to be registered, which plan shall be lodged with the Recorder of Titles.

Every plan referred to in subsection (1) of this section shall be verified by a registered surveyor as in conformity with the plan contained or set out in the relevant proclamation.
