Re-entry by the Board

In force

The Recorder shall, upon proof to his satisfaction that the Board has –

re-entered and recovered possession of any holding by any proceeding in law; or re-entered any holding – in accordance with section thirty; or pursuant to its escheat to the Board –

record the re-entry on the relevant folios of the Register kept under the Land Titles Act 1980.
