68 War Service Land Settlement Appeal Board
There shall be a body called the War Service Land Settlement Appeal Board consisting of three persons appointed by the Governor of whom – one shall be a Police Magistrate and shall be the chairman of the board; one shall be nominated by His Majesty's Minister of State for the Commonwealth thereto authorized; and one shall be nominated by the State Branch of the Returned Soldiers', Sailors', and Airmen's Imperial League of Australia.
The chairman shall hold office during the Governor's pleasure and the other members shall hold office for three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment.
The chairman and members shall receive such salaries and allowances as are prescribed.
