War Service Land Settlement Act 1950

Any person who is aggrieved by a determination of the Board under section twenty-seven or section twenty-nine may in the prescribed manner appeal to the War Service Land Settlement Appeal Board against that determination.

The Appeal Board shall arbitrate between the Board and the person aggrieved upon the matter submitted as prescribed to it, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011 as if the parties had agreed in writing that the matter be referred to it for arbitration.
