69A Transfer of functions and powers under this Act to Tasmania Development and Resources
On and after the day fixed by proclamation under section 2 (2) of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 – all functions, powers, rights, obligations, and liabilities of the Closer Settlement Board under this Act as existing immediately before that day shall be transferred to the Tasmanian Development Authority; and references in this Act to the Closer Settlement Board shall be read as references to TDR.
