17 Regulator's power to require information
The Regulator may, by written notice given to a person, require that person to give the Regulator, within a time stated in the notice, information or documents in the person's possession that the Regulator reasonably requires for the administration of this Act.
A person required to give information or documents under this section must provide the information or documents within the time stated in the notice given under subsection (1). Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
A person may not be compelled to give information under this section if the information might tend to incriminate the person of an offence.
