18 Power to direct regulated entities to keep records
The Regulator may, by notice in writing given to a regulated entity, require the regulated entity to maintain and keep specified records, including any documents specified in the notice.
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a notice given under subsection (1). Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
