34 Applications for licences
An application for a licence must – be in such form as the Regulator may approve; and contain such information as the Regulator may require; and be accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed in the regulations; and be lodged at the office of the Regulator.
The Regulator may issue guidelines relating to licence application forms, application fees and the application process.
An applicant is to comply with any guidelines issued under subsection (2).
