48 Register of licences
The Regulator is to establish and maintain a register of licences.
The regulations may make provision with regard to the manner and form in which the register is to be kept and the nature of the information to be included in the register.
The Regulator must keep the register available for inspection by any persons, free of charge, during normal office hours.
It is sufficient compliance with subsection (3) if a copy of the register is made available on the Regulator's internet website.
Copies of entries in the register are to be made available to any persons, at cost, during normal office hours.
