61 Division not to preclude certain contracts
This Division does not preclude a regulated entity from entering into a contract, that is not a customer contract, with a customer for the provision of water services or sewerage services.
If a regulated entity enters into a contract with a customer under subsection (1), the regulated entity must provide a copy of that contract to the Regulator. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
