29 Customer service code to specify information provided to customers
A customer service code must specify that a regulated entity must provide to a customer information in relation to – the customer's rights and obligations under the Act in relation to the regulated entity; and the regulated entity's rights and obligations under the Act in relation to the customer.
A customer service code may specify the customer information to be provided in accordance with subregulation (1).
