23 Supply of water to ships
At any port within the water district the undertakers may supply water to ships in the port upon terms to be agreed upon between the undertakers and the Tasmanian Ports Corporation Pty. Ltd. (ACN 114 161 938) or, in default of agreement, as may be determined by the Minister, and may lay down, maintain, and operate works necessary for the purpose.
