22 Right of access to child
(1)
For the purposes of section 37(1) of the Act, if a person referred to in that subsection seeks access to a child, it is a prescribed term that the person must in the first instance attend a conference, if any, with a representative of an Aboriginal agency.
(2)
A conference referred to in subregulation (1) may also be attended by the following persons—
(a)
the natural parents of the child;
(b)
the adoptive parents of the child;
(c)
the child;
(d)
any other member of the Aboriginal community to which the child belongs.
