27 Application for accreditation—Hague Convention
For the purposes of section 69N(2)(a) of the Act, the following information is prescribed—
the name and address of the approved agency;
in the case of an organisation that has applied for approval as an approved agency, the name of the organisation and the location of the proposed approved agency;
a statement that—
the approved agency or organisation has accommodation available for its use; and
the accommodation does not form part of and is not adjacent to—
accommodation used by an organisation that provides for the collection and disbursement of aid to another country; or
an organisation that represents adoptive parents;
a statement that the approved agency or organisation is not associated with the collection and disbursement of aid to another country.
