Architects Regulations 2026

For the purposes of section 15AAD of the Act, an application for renewal of registration as an architect must—

be in writing; and

be made to the Board before the end of the financial year; and

include proof of required insurance; and

include proof of compliance with the CPD requirements in Part 4; and

include a fit and proper person statement.

The prescribed fee for an application for renewal of registration as a practising architect is 24 fee units.

The prescribed late registration renewal fee for an application for renewal of registration as a practising architect made within one month after the end of the financial year is 12 fee units.
