23 Application for reinstatement of registration
(1)
For the purposes of section 15AAH of the Act, an application for reinstatement of registration as an architect after registration ceases must—
(a)
be made to the Board within 2 months after the registration ceased; and
(b)
be in writing; and
(c)
include proof of required insurance; and
(d)
include proof of compliance with the CPD requirements in Part 4; and
(e)
include a fit and proper person statement.
(2)
Subject to subregulation (3), the prescribed fee for reinstatement of registration as a practising architect is 18 fee units.
(3)
A fee referred to in subregulation (2) must be paid in addition to the registration renewal fee under regulation 21(2).
