22 Application for renewal of approval
(1)
For the purposes of section 15AAE of the Act, an application for renewal of a partnership or company approval must—
(a)
be made to the Board before the end of the financial year; and
(b)
be in writing.
(2)
The prescribed fee for an application for renewal of an approved partnership is 29 fee units.
(3)
The prescribed fee for an application for renewal of an approved company is 34 fee units.
(4)
The prescribed late approval renewal fee for an application for renewal of a partnership or company approval made within one month after the end of the financial year is 12 fee units.
