Part 3Prescribed qualifications and prescribed experience
31 Class of domestic builder (unlimited)
The prescribed qualifications and the prescribed experience for registration in the class of domestic builder (unlimited) are—
(a)
the successful completion of—
(i)
a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics from Holmesglen Institute; or
(ii)
a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from Deakin University; or
(iii)
a diploma of building and construction (building) (CPC50210) from an RTO; and
(b)
at least 3 years of practical experience.
