Part 3Prescribed qualifications and prescribed experience
9 Class of building surveyor (unlimited)
The prescribed qualifications and the prescribed experience for registration in the class of building surveyor (unlimited) are—
(a)
the successful completion of—
(i)
a Bachelor of Building Surveying from Holmesglen Institute; or
(ii)
a Bachelor of Building Surveying from Victoria University; and
(b)
at least 3 years of practical experience.
