Matters relating to criminal history

In force

For the purposes of section 13(1)(d)(i) of the Act, the following matters relating to the criminal history of a person that the Regulatory Authority must have regard to are prescribed—

(a)

whether the person—

Reg. 14(a)(i) amended by S.R. No. 12/2024 reg. 7.

(i)

holds a current WWC clearance; or

(ii)

is a registered teacher under the education law;

(b)

any matters included in a criminal history record check.
