45 Responsibility for sector pledges
The Minister may determine in writing any other Minister to be the nominated Minister for the purposes of preparing a sector pledge in respect of a prescribed category of emissions and removals.
The Minister must consult with the Premier before making a determination under subsection (1).
A determination may specify more than one Minister in respect of a prescribed category of emissions or removals, or be made in respect of part of a category of emissions or removals.
If the Minister does not make a determination in respect of a prescribed category of emissions and removals, the Minister is taken to be the nominated Minister for that category.
