35 Decision of Secretary in relation to placement of prisoner's child
For the purposes of section 31 of the Act, the Secretary must—
(a)
ensure that a written report of the Secretary's decision is made; and
(b)
ensure that a copy of the report is sent to the relevant Governor; and
(c)
advise the prisoner, in writing, whether the prisoner's request has been permitted by the Secretary.
