36 Review of placement of prisoner's child
(1)
The Secretary must review at least annually the placement of a prisoner's child living in a prison under section 31 of the Act to assess whether—
(a)
it is in the best interests of the child to live with the prisoner in the prison; and
(b)
the child's safety is threatened; and
(c)
the child's behaviour is threatening the security or good order of the prison.
(2)
Following the Secretary's review under subregulation (1), the Secretary may give the Governor any directions in relation to the prisoner's child.
