37 Record of prisoner's child living in prison
A Governor must—
(a)
keep a record of a prisoner's child living in the prison; and
(b)
provide a copy of all records referred to in paragraph (a) to the Secretary; and
(c)
report to the Secretary in relation to any accident or injury involving a prisoner's child living in the prison.
