100 Entitlement to compensation for personal injury
If a member, in the course of, or arising out of, performing service as a member suffers a personal injury, the member is entitled to compensation.
If a member suffers a personal injury in the course of, or arising out of, performing service as a member which results in, or materially contributes to, the member's death, the following persons are entitled to compensation under this Division—
the family members of the member;
persons who at the time of the death of the member were wholly, mainly or partly dependent on the earnings of the member;
persons who would, but for the incapacity of the member due to the injury, have been wholly, mainly or partly dependent on the earnings of the member.
