115 Power to obtain information
(1)
The Authority may, from time to time, by written notice, require a member or other person to provide the Authority with such information as required for the purposes of inquiring into or ascertaining the member's or other person's liability or entitlement under this Division.
(2)
If a member or other person unreasonably fails to provide the Authority with information required under subregulation (1), the Authority may suspend compensation payments until the information is provided.
