105 Chief Executive Officer may request statement or report

(1)

The Chief Executive Officer may give a copy of a claim for personal injury compensation to the officer in charge of the brigade to which the member belonged at the time of the personal injury.

(2)

The Chief Executive Officer may request that the officer in charge of the brigade to which the member belonged at the time of the personal injury or claim give the Chief Executive Officer—

(a)

a statement, signed by the officer in charge, of—

(i)

the circumstances of the incident giving rise to the claim; and

(ii)

the opinion of the officer as to the claim; and

(b)

a report from any person who witnessed the incident giving rise to the claim.

(3)

The Chief Executive Officer may request a report from any person who witnessed the incident giving rise to the claim.
