17J Injunctions for non-compliance with notices
(1)
The Authority may apply to the Supreme Court for an injunction—
(a)
to compel a person to comply with a provisional direction, non‑disturbance notice, improvement notice or prohibition notice; or
(b)
to restrain a person from contravening such a direction or notice.
(2)
The Authority may do so whether or not proceedings have been instituted for an offence against this Act in connection with any matter in respect of which the direction was given or the notice was issued.
