51 Acts in good faith etc. not actionable
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other Act, any act, matter or thing done or omitted to be done by—
the Minister;

the Authority;
an inspector;

a person acting under a delegation under section 10B; or
S. 51(e) amended by Nos 31/2005 s. 19(b), 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 44.5(a)).
any police officer or officer or member of a fire authority assisting an inspector under section 19A(4)—
for the purpose of giving effect to this Act or done in good faith and purporting to be for the purpose of giving effect to this Act shall not subject the Crown or the Minister, the Authority, the inspector or the police officer or member or officer to any action, liability, penalty, claim or demand in respect of the act, matter or thing.
