9A Governor in Council may exempt dangerous goods from this Act etc.
(1)
The Governor in Council may by Order exempt specific dangerous goods from the operation of any or all of this Act.
(2)
An Order takes effect on the date it is published in the Government Gazette or on any later date specified in the Order.
